We are excited to offer these three bedroom “Touristic Apartments” for sale in an enviable location in Los Narejos close to the 525 square and the beach is just a walk away. If you are looking for a holiday home/rental investment look no further. When they are completed they will come ready to use with furniture, vented AC, white goods, soft furnishings, bedding, crockery, cutlery ect!
As you come through the front door there is a hallway and to one side is the spacious 31m2 open plan lounge kitchen diner which is bathed in light from here you can access the large wrap around terrace. To the other side of the hall are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace and garden. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a further family bathroom.
As these are “Touristic apartments” they must be on the short term rental market but you can still use the property as your holiday home also the VAT is 21% on the purchase, which can be offset if the property is purchased via a Spanish company (contact us if you would like advice on this). There is a communal pool on the first floor and there are retail units on the ground floor. Contact us to do a virtual reality tour of these properties. There are second floor, third floor and penthouses available too which will have sea views.
